GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
General Administration is headed by the District Coordinating Director (DCD) and is responsible for ensuring the implementation of governmental policies, projects and programmes. The department guides policy formulation, planning and decision-making at the Assembly.
FINANCE
The Finance Department advices management on the Financial Administration Act, Internal Audit Agency Act, Procurement Act, and any other financial regulations approved by the Government. The department guides policy formulation, planning and decision-making at the Assembly.
BUDGET
The role of the Budget and Rating Department is to provide technical leadership in the preparation and management of the budget in the Service. It coordinates the preparation of budgets, participates in the preparation of procurement plan and assists in fee-fixing resolutions. 2020 Budget
WORKS
The Department of Works of the Assembly is a merger of the Public works Department, Department of Feeder Roads and District Water & Sanitation Units, Department of Rural Housing and the Works Unit of the Assembly.Encourage and facilitate maintenance of public buildings and facilities in the Assembly.
